On March 7, 2009, my wife, Bobette, and I took
a windjammer cruise on the Royal Clipper, the largest 5-masted,
square-rigged sailing ship in the world.
From
16 hours of video and hundreds of stills, I compiled this two
minute video
clip of the Royal Clipper setting sails.
Be sure to turn on your sound. The
music is "Conquest of Paradise," which played over the
loudspeakers on deck when the ship set sail.
